Food products: Seasonal Shipping
To help preserve the integrity of our specialty artisan food products during the warmer or parts of summer months or months of extreme cold, we highly recommend shipping via UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. If you choose regular UPS Ground during periods of extreme heat in your state, AN cannot guarantee the final integrity of the food products and will not be responsible to replace items in that particular order or invoice.
Hard Goods: Drop Shipping
Artisan Napa (AN) occasionally partners with certain manufacturers of larger or bulkier hard goods products that are stored and/or shipped from different locations. You will be notified if a portion of your order will be 'Drop Shipped' from a different location along with estimated delivery times.
Shipping Delivery and Returns
We ship to all 50 states and most US addresses. For AK and HI, there may be additional shipping charges. We cannot ship internationally. All orders are processed within 24-72-hours and will ship within 7-days of purchase based on availability. If we cannot ship within 7-days, you will not be charged and will also be notified of estimated shipping times. If one item is back-ordered for more than 14 days, we may do partial shipments at no extra cost to the customer. Orders are shipped according to size and weight and use various carriers.
Returns or Damages
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return any of all unused items for a prompt refund, credit or exchange within 15-days. Refunds will be processed within 7-days of receipt. Refunds for items returned within 15-days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds for unused items returned beyond 15-days from the original purchase date will be given in the form of a credit applicable your next purchase and/or is fully transferable to another customer order upon approval. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you receive a product that has been damaged or broken in transit, you MUST take an immediate picture of any damaged goods in original packaging within 5-days of delivery. We will not credit for damaged goods without a dated picture of the said products. The picture must accompany a refund/replacement request to – email@example.com
